Just because there are Stay at Home Orders, you do not need to stay in an abusive situation. Shelters are open state-wide and the National Domestic Violence Hotline is still open, 24/7 to take your call and to direct you to a local shelter and organization to help you take the next steps. You are not alone.

Welcome back and to the soft-start to Season 3! In this episode, Ameé speaks with Liz Cohen about the feelings of trapped some people are experiencing during the Stay-At-Home orders worldwide, in particular those who are considering or going through divorce.

Liz offers classes for women going through divorce and has a program coming up.
I wanted to share with you the link to my upcoming free program called 14 day set-by-step guide to making any tough decisions while going through your divorce. Here is the link for it. It will be open May 20th through June 6th.

From Liz:

"When we are going through a divorce we don’t feel safe and secure to take chances. This can make us more afraid to make decisions. What if you had the perfect tool to make the best decisions during your divorce? Guess what. I have it for you. I created a step by step guide to making the best decisions during your divorce. I made this just for you. We will be taking a 14 day journey to making decisions.  Sign up here.
https://bit.ly/gooddivorcedecision By the end you will have confidence, security and optimism whenever you need to make a decision related to your divorce."
